2. What services do you provide?
We are pleased to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and brief psychotherapy for patients with various psychiatric disorders.
3. What disorders do you treat?
We treat patients with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder and ADHD. There are other mental health disorders we may treat on a case-by case basis. Please call us to see if we are a good fit for you.
4. Do you prescribe benzodiazepines?
Due to safety concerns and strict FDA warnings regarding emotional and physical dependence, potential for inadvertent overdose, and other risks (to include decreased cognition, memory loss, and increased risk for falls), benzodiazepines will rarely be prescribed by our providers. In the event that they are prescribed, the prescription would be for the lowest possible dose for the shortest duration. Urine drug screens will be required prior to any prescriptions being sent for controlled substances.
5. Do you treat ADHD?
We evaluate and treat adults and children for ADHD. For adults, an independent, complete ADHD assessment may be required. If so, we are happy to refer you to a local testing center for this evaluation.

6. What insurances do you accept?
We are currently in network with BCBS, UHC, and Humana (commercial and Medicare advantage plans). We also are in network with Optum, Oscar and traditional Medicare. We can also provide a super bill if you are out of network and applying for reimbursement. (Please note we do not accept any form of Tenncare.)
7. What are your self pay rates?
Psychiatric evaluation: $200. Medication follow up visits: $100. Complex follow up visits, including hospital discharges: $150. We can provide a super bill for each visit if you would like to apply for out of network benefits with your insurance carrier.
8. Are your providers available after hours for emergencies?
While our providers make every effort to be available to our patients, it is in the patient’s best interest to use crisis services for all crises during and after hours. The crisis number is 988 (available 24/7).
9. Do you provide Telehealth/virtual visits?
We are happy to provide telehealth for both initial evaluations and follow up medication management/brief psychotherapy visits. Insurance coverage varies depending on your insurance carrier. Please contact us or your insurance carrier to verify telehealth coverage.
